Whether your skin is dry, oily, normal or even if you can afford a care products, experts say, your dollars will be used on a good moisturizer.


"Sometimes all you really need a good moisturizer and a mild detergent, and you can take years of his face," says New York University professor Rhoda Narins, MD, president of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery .
